NGAO means shield in Swahili language; this mirror draws its inspiration from the African shield as seen below. This shield is used by African warriors in tribal raids and fight for value land across regions. This shield is generally oval in shape with a cut out square at the top for vision during raid as well as a tinny raffia handler for grip. This Africa shield as used today as decoration and valuable materials for museum display.

PRODUCT FEATURES
NGAO mirror is made of metal, glass mirror and polished deep brass engraved with tribal scarification. The scarification involves the use of both industrial and manual welding techniques and science to embody the tribal scars. The mirror directly embodies the shape of the African shield as seen below, with glass mirror taking the shape of the shield as well as coiled brass to represent the shield holder.
