DYODYOMINI is a wooden dance mask worn by the Dogon people of mail. the mask has a zoomorphic structure That represents a sacred hornbill bird with a long-curved beak. It was created on the occasion of a drama (funeral ceremony, the feast of mourning) for an important elder. Dogon animal mask are regarded as beings of the bush, representing the world beyond the village perimeter. the DOGON mask symbolizes everything that is wild, and beyond the control of man.

DYODYOMINI side table is made of metal, glass and polished brass engraved with tribal scarification. The scarification involves the use of both industrial and manual welding techniques and science to embody the tribal scars. The side table directly mimics the DYODYOMINI mask holding a glass table top.
