MAASAI is an ethnic group in northern, central and southern Kenya and northern Tanzania. the MAASAI folding divider was inspired by the attire of the MAASAI tribe of Kenya and Tanzania. This very sophisticated attire can also be seen worn by the MURSI TRIBE of Ethiopia. it features a beautifully tanned and decorated leather dress or fabric, and a coiled brass amulets and necklaces.

MAASAI divider is made of metal, polished brass engraved with tribal scarification. The scarification involves the use of both industrial and manual welding techniques and science to embody the tribal scars. The divider embodies the sophisticated and elegant use of coiled brass amulets, earrings and necklaces for its design. Featuring three-fold forms of different hight, with brass coils stacked to meet the fold forms at different hight.
