MAASAI is an ethnic group in northern, central and southern Kenya and northern Tanzania. the MAASAI dining chair was inspired by the attire of the MAASAI tribe of Kenya and Tanzania. This very sophisticated attire can also be seen worn by the MURSI TRIBE of Ethiopia. it features a beautifully tanned and decorated leather dress or fabric, and a coiled brass amulets and necklaces.

MAASAI dining chair is made of wood, polished deep brass engraved with tribal scarification. The scarification involves the use of both industrial and manual welding techniques and science to embody the tribal scars. The dining chair embodies the sophisticated and elegant use of coiled brass amulets, necklaces as well as earrings for its design form. The chair design has a male and female version to enhance difference in glamor.
